At Musgrave Pencil Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your writing instruments. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the pencils and stationery in their original boxes to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our Tennessee manufacturing facility at the address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
